2017 Metalworking Capital Spending Report

Gardner’s Capital Spending Survey is the largest, most comprehensive survey detailing future spending in the durable goods manufacturing industries.According to the 2017 Metalworking Capital Spending Survey by Gardner Business Intelligence, U.S. metalworking facilities will spend $6.7 billion on new metalcutting equipment, a decrease of 1% compared to our latest estimate for 2016.
